Folding-arm and cassette awnings and side closures from a single production line
RGM's awning and closure systems cover every shading task along a façade: from the classic folding-arm awning through weather-protected cassette versions to horizontal shading for verandas and skylights, and the side and front closure of outdoor spaces. Every model is built in the same 30,000 m² plant in Campania, where the whole production chain, from aluminium casting to testing the finished structure, stays in one set of hands. Installation in Hungary is carried out by Riczu.
The system
The family spans light residential shading up to motorised, weather-resistant systems. The folding-arm awnings (Sorrento, Amalfi, Velia, Vietri) shade a terrace from above, the cassette Essential line and Soraya retract the fabric into a closed box, Altea and Altea Plus solve horizontal shading over verandas and glass roofs, and Mirada closes the side and front of an existing space against wind and low-angle sun.
The structures are built from aluminium UNI 6060 profiles with INOX fixings, the finish is a QUALICOAT (or, for coastal, salt-air environments, QUALICOAT SEASIDE) certified powder coating, and the full RAL range is available.
What sets RGM apart: it is a manufacturer rather than an assembler, controlling every step from raw material to finished product in-house.
