Essential Smart is the most pared-back, compact member of the Essential line: a fully cassetted folding-arm awning that conceals the fabric and mechanics within the smallest possible footprint. It mounts to a wall or a ceiling, sitting flush with the architecture on a facade or above a terrace.

The cassette housing protects the fabric and the mechanism when closed, while the orientable cassette aligns precisely with the geometry of the facade. The range from 190 × 150 cm up to 480 × 250 cm covers most terraces and balconies, and the arms can carry LED Line lighting so the surface stays in use after sundown. Profiles are made from aluminium UNI 6060 with a QUALICOAT certified finish, or QUALICOAT SEASIDE in coastal settings, which withstands salt-laden, humid air.
The pitch is adjustable between 5° and 70°, letting the shade line follow the path of the sun. The Ø78 mm roller tube and extruded supports keep the run stable even at greater projections, and the Tempotest Parà fabric collection, supplied as standard, holds its colour and dimensions. Wind resistance is rated class 1.
